Tip: Rather than buying containers in sets, limit your collection to three or four different sizes so that you can nest them together more efficiently. Punch a series of holes in the bottom of each box using a push pin. Hook the earrings through holes to hang them. Use the matching half of the box to serve as a stand for one or more of the earring box sections. Make the hanging racks with small curtain rods and some decorative chains. Hang the chains from a shelf using S-hooks or cup hooks, or hang them from the ceiling with plant hooks. The trick to hanging pegboard is to mount it over wood strips or blocks to create a small space between the pegboard and the wall. The space is necessary for adding hooks, brackets, and other hanging hardwood onto the pegboard.
